Eligibility:  We determine who is eligible for the internship program. This may include college students, recent graduates, or individuals seeking a career change.

Length of internship: 80 Days

Compensation: Determine whether the internship will be unpaid. 

Expectations: Clearly outline the expectations for the intern, including tasks, projects, and responsibilities. We provide a detailed job description to ensure that the intern understands what they will be doing.

Supervision: We give designate a supervisor or mentor for the intern who will provide guidance, feedback, and support throughout the internship.

Training: We provide training and orientation to the intern to ensure they are familiar with the company culture, policies, and procedures.

Evaluation: We establish a system for evaluating the intern’s performance, which may include periodic check-ins, feedback sessions, and a final evaluation at the end of the internship.

Confidentiality: We Make sure the intern understands the importance of maintaining confidentiality and protecting the company’s proprietary information.

Non-compete and intellectual property agreements: We consider having the intern sign a non-compete agreement and intellectual property agreement to protect the company’s interests.

Termination: We establish policies for terminating the internship if necessary, including grounds for termination and the process for ending the internship.
